just wanted to convey my thanks to you and your team for a
superb day yesterday. Sarah and her guest attended Crufts
for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed their visit. This
was particularly enhanced by the excellent service provided
by the Patrons Club.
The attention to detail was flawless with excellent service
and in Sarah's words "We felt like Royalty". The
lunch was superb and all in all, an excellent experience.This
has guaranteed we will be visiting again next year and will
also encourage colleagues to visit Crufts VIP style via The
Patrons Club.
